How to Use the FasCard System and Kiosk with Loyalty Cards
1. Download and Set Up the App
Download the FasCard app from your app store. Register and set up your account to start using the system. You can add funds via the app or from the kiosk.
2. Loading Funds at the Kiosk
- Visit our FasCard Kiosk located in the laundromat.
- Insert your loyalty card into the kiosk.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add funds using cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Your loyalty card is now loaded and can be used at any machine.
3. Using the FasCard at Machines
- Select your washing or drying preferences.
- Tap your loyalty card against the machine reader.
- If using the app, scan the QVC code on the machine reader through the app.
- The machine will start, and the cost will be deducted from your card balance.
4. Monitoring and Notifications
Keep track of your laundry through the app. Get notified when your laundry cycle is complete.
5. Earning and Redeeming Loyalty Points
- Every transaction with your FasCard earns you loyalty points.
- Check your point balance on the app or kiosk.
