Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 6:30AM to 9PM daily except for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. See store for holiday closures or call ahead.
Are you attended?
Yes, from 7AM to 9PM daily.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We offer hybrid – coin and credit/debit card/laundry card via our FasCard system.
Do you have large machines?
We sure do! We have 45 lb. washers and dryers--machines, perfect for washing and drying 4 loads at a time. We also have bigger washing machines at 65 lbs. and 85 lbs. and a couple of 75 lb. dryers. Bring your big items to our laundromat or leave it with us. We have the large-capacity equipment to do it.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Daily from 7AM to 9PM. You can drop off new orders and pick up completed laundry orders during this time.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium laundry detergents, softeners, and dryers sheets. We also offer free & clear (scent-free and dye-free) alternatives. Just ask our attendant or select those options if ordering pickup and delivery online.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is $25 for this service.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
- Next-day orders: your order will be ready for pickup next business day.
- Same-day orders: your order will be ready for pickup by end of business at 9PM if dropped off before noon.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM. No service on Sunday.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
This service typically takes 24 hours to turn around. Orders picked up Monday through Friday will be washed and delivered next day. Orders picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $45 for this service with a $2.50 fuel surcharge.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Not much for the time it saves. Check out our current prices here.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
